When was matt bomer on glee

I feel like they believe we should have low expectations by this point, and some of these episodes have been really great, more than I would expect from a comedy, but this episode felt very much kids incorporated like.

The acting felt contrived, And sometimes it does during this show, but this whole episode felt like that with very few exceptions. I know to some degree, the level of acting was lowered by the Glee club casting show. The entrance of those three characters, while I loved them during the other show, their entrance into this show just felt pushed. It was just weird, They obviously weren't actors, and I'm still delighted by their entrance after having watched the show, but it made it silly.

This episode and the next episode I'll have that tone. Finn, Joe, unique, interesting character lines, cheesy in a fitting kind of way, But just not to the level of acting that the rest of the cast is. The next episode was a little bit better, but this one just was silly, and forced. Most of the parts with Becky were wonderful, Sue Sylvester acting like this, hormones are not, it's weird, it's like she's been taken over by an alien or something like who the hell is this, and I've been pregnant, it wasn't like that.

This is just weird and silly and just doesn't make any sense and it doesn't go with the flow of the timeline I really don't like this entire storyline. I feel like we've just taken our ride off a cliff and I hope we land at some point and get back on the rail of where this show was going, cuz some of these storylines are just weird. Details Edit. Release date April 10, United States. Technical specs Edit. Runtime 44 minutes.

Dolby SR. So it's not really a good time to be Sue Sylvester. There were some very good moments, and some extremely solid work by the actors which luckily overshadowed the weaker points. Bomer's performance was excellent -- he seemed born to play the role of the handsome and cocky but still likable Cooper, and, man, can he ever sing. Bomer's enthusiasm was catching: he lent an honest exuberance to the show that Glee is often missing these days, and just by watching the episode you can tell that all the actors were having a lot of fun, which is in turn fun to watch.

The running gag that Cooper Anderson is the most handsome man in Ohio -- which involved the entire glee club plus Sue and Will turning into grinning idiots and eating up Cooper's horrifically bad advice -- worked despite itself, largely because of Bomer himself.

Bomer and Criss also have a chemistry as actors that made me believe they were brothers, and the effort of finally giving Blaine an identity beyond "Kurt's Boyfriend," is much appreciated. The friendship between Artie Kevin McHale and Quinn as they bonded over her new wheelchair also felt very fresh if a bit un-subtle at points, but if you're still expecting subtle out of Glee , then you're watching the wrong show.

Part of that freshness was due to not just the friendship between the characters, but what their underlying desires were in those moments: Artie is very much enjoying having someone he can relate to, even as Quinn only views her disability as something temporary. Artie's frustration with her at the end of the episode is not just frustration that she refuses to accept her situation, it's also a frustration born out of his own desires to not be the only disabled kid in the Glee club.

It's a dynamic that's complex and interesting, and I hope the show doesn't mess it up. Of course, I might be biased, as I love both of those songs. And I can't tell you how happy I am that the show is finally giving Sue something to do beyond ruining the Glee club, and it's actually pleasant to see her on their side for once, even if she does have her reasons. The episode did have some serious missteps, that again, were mostly overshadowed.

Hey, Fox? We have a memo for you: Matt Bomer needs his own Glee spinoff. Like, now. As the outrageously confident—and laugh-out-loud hilarious—older brother of Blaine Anderson Darren Criss in the April 10 return of Glee , Bomer shines as this season's best guest star.

Dare we say rivaling Emmy-winning Gwyneth Paltrow '? I just chatted with Bomer about that possibility and more. And here are five things you need to know about Glee 's Bomeriffic episode:.
